Frequently asked questions

Is Entrivo only for gyms?

No. Entrivo is for any fitness professional—personal trainers, yoga studios, bootcamps, Pilates instructors, small gyms. If you sell sessions or packages and want one place to run your business, Entrivo fits.

Do I get paid automatically?

Yes. We use Stripe Connect. When a client pays, money goes to your Stripe account. No manual chasing or reconciliation.

Can I use my own brand?

Yes. The Custom App is a premium service independent of your plan: your own iOS and Android app with your branding, published on the stores. It is contracted separately (initial setup + monthly maintenance).
