2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Entrivo Platform, which acts as a technology platform for management and communication between Coaches and Clients.

3. Intermediary status

Entrivo:

• Does not provide training, health or medical advisory services
• Is not a party to the contractual relationship between Coach and Client
• Does not assume responsibility for services offered by Coaches

Except for services marketed directly by Entrivo, the platform does not intervene in the setting of prices or the specific terms between Coach and Client.

Each Coach acts as an independent provider.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe Connect Express.
• Funds are transferred directly to the Coach
• Entrivo does not hold funds
• The economic terms applicable to use of the platform shall be those set out in the Terms and Conditions or in the corresponding contractual documentation.
• Stripe applies its own fees in accordance with its terms

5. Liability

Entrivo shall not be liable for:

• Damages arising from use of the Platform
• Injuries or health issues arising from training
• Contractual breaches between Coach and Client
• Cancellations, refunds or financial disputes

Entrivo shall be liable only in the cases and to the extent provided for by applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

• All content, trademarks, designs, software and elements of Entrivo are the property of the Owner or third-party licensors.
• Reproduction or exploitation without express authorization is prohibited.

7. External links

Entrivo may contain links to third-party sites.

No responsibility is assumed for their content or operation.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

• This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
• The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Service availability

Entrivo may temporarily suspend access to the platform for technical, maintenance, security or service improvement reasons. Uninterrupted availability of the platform is not guaranteed.
