2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. This policy also covers equivalent technologies that store or retrieve information from your device, such as browser local storage (localStorage), even where these are not technically cookies.

Their use is governed by article 22.2 of Spanish Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and, where personal data is processed, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

3. Cookies we use

Analytics, functional and advertising cookies are not installed until you give your consent. If you reject them or make no choice, only strictly necessary cookies are used.

4. Categories

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work and to remember your own cookie decision. They are exempt from consent and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4. They let us see in aggregate which pages are visited and how people reach them, so we can improve the site. They require your consent.
  • Functional. Crisp. They enable the support chat and keep your conversation thread. They require your consent; without them the chat does not load.
  • Advertising. Google Ads. We use them solely to measure the conversions of our campaigns, that is, whether a demo request came from one of our ads. They require your consent. If you reject them, nothing is sent to Google Ads.

We do not use cookies for ad personalisation, remarketing or commercial profiling, and we do not share the resulting data with third parties for such purposes. Even if you accept advertising cookies, we do not allow Google to use your visit to personalise ads.

5. Third parties and international transfers

Third-party cookies are set by their respective providers, which act as controllers or processors depending on the case and may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework):

WhatsApp button. It is a direct link to WhatsApp: it does not load third-party code or set cookies on this site, so it does not require consent. Clicking it takes you to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta group), which applies its own privacy and cookie policies. If you have accepted analytics cookies, we record in aggregate that the button was clicked.

6. Managing or withdrawing your consent

You can change your decision at any time, as easily as you gave it. When you withdraw a consent you had already given, we delete the associated cookies and reload the page so that any running scripts are stopped.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Note that blocking cookies indiscriminately may affect how parts of the site work.

7. Personal data and your rights

The processing of any personal data obtained through cookies is described in our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@entrivo.es, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Changes

This policy may be updated if the cookies used or the applicable legislation change. Where a change affects the purposes you consented to, we will ask for your consent again.
